I discovered a recipe that said to soak the raisins in the beaten eggs for one hour before mixing them in the batter. I’ve tweaked it a little and added the vanilla to the soaking raisins. Then I made the most delicious discovery by accident! I turned the broiler on by mistake. Fortunately the cookie sheet was in the middle of the oven resulting in a crispy, not burnt, almost caramelized flavor to the cookies. The results were amazing.
You can easily do the conversions Robert, just do a google search for emperial to metric conversions, then take a look around for some manners whilst you are there.
